This was the PERFECT spot to spend my wedding weekend. It was walking distance from all of our events including our wedding venue. Plenty of space for my bridesmaids and me to get ready on wedding day. And a cozy place to relax with my we husband after all the celebrations. Sarah was fantastic at communicating which was extremely helpful especially when I was already anxious about the weekend. I so appreciate their hospitality!

This house was a good choice for us… two couples. One bed and bath downstairs, another bed and bath upstairs. There was a game room with a pullout upstairs that we did not use. The house was clean, modern, and spacious. You can’t beat the location. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we walked everywhere. Sarah was great to communicate with..she was friendly and quick to respond.

My family and I spent New Years and we had an amazing time! The location is a quick walk to amazing shops and restaurants in St Augustine. The street was very calm and quiet. We had everything we needed at home and would stay again!

We stayed for three nights with our toddler and just fell in love with this place. It is in a very safe part of the downtown, and is very quiet. It almost functions like a 3 bedroom place and we had our son stay on the fold out in the game room all cozy.
The house has everything you need and the kitchen is especially well equipped for those who like to cook. We loved the feel and location and will definitely be back!

The selling point for us for this great Airbnb was location, location, location. It was within an easy 10 minute walk to Cathedral Place. An added bonus was its close proximity to Dog Rose Brewery and St. Augustine Fish Camp. Everything we wanted to do in the Old Town was within an easy walk from the house.
The house itself was spacious, clean.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
