Coral Casa is a 3BR/2.5BA two-story home located in the heart of the historical Lincolnville neighborhood. Conveniently located less than a 10-min walk to St. George Street, Flagler College, Bridge of Lions, and the epicenter of Historic St. Augustine. Located on a quiet, family-friendly street, we provide 2 off-street parking spaces. Our space is surrounded by the top bars & restaurants including Ice Plant, Preserved, & Blue Hen. #1 beach in St. Augustine is located only 4-miles away.

Coral Casa is a two-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms - Our space has the availability to sleep 6 guests with the capacity of parking for 2 standard size vehicles.

>Master BR: King bed, Ensuite master bathroom with large shower & double vanity, dresser, 2nd floor private balcony with outdoor furniture.
>Guest BR 1: Queen bed, Dresser, Smart TV, Closet, 2nd floor private balcony with outdoor furniture.

This house was exactly as described and pictured! Clear instructions on check in and check out. Hosts checked in to make sure we had a good first night and made sure we didnt have any questions. It was just my husband and I, but there is more than enough room for a family. Loved the open floor plan and LOVED having a bathroom on the first floor and 2 full baths upstairs. Our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee. We really enjoyed the neighborhood for walking our little dogs. This home is situated close to a trolly stop to get downtown easily if you don't want to walk. We highly recommend this home, and will book again!!

Our stay in this Lincolnville home was very enjoyable. The location is excellent and incredibly walkable. It took us about ten minutes or less to reach the Lightner Museum, and we loved being close to so many great spots. The neighborhood itself was very quiet, and we always felt safe coming and going.The house is pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with management was smooth and responsive throughout.A couple of small notes for future guests. The upstairs carpets, especially in the bedrooms, could really use a deep clean, so anyone with allergies may want to take that into consideration. Also, the patio area has a lot of potential but could be made more inviting with a few small touches like some hanging lights, gas fire pit, or cozy decor to make it a more relaxing place to sit.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, appreciated how convenient the location was, and found it to be a great base for exploring St Augustine.

We would give 10 stars if we could! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a minor plumbing issue and they had a plumber out ASAP. The owner even came over to clean up after the issue was taken care of! He was very nice and suggested some places to go while in town. We would recommend staying here to our family and friends. Thank you!!!

Was not expecting home to be in an area of abandoned homes and a heavy population of homeless people. House could have been more presentable especially in back sitting area where outdoor furniture was not clean and debris was present. Carpets were heavily stained and light fixtures had cobwebs. Dust was present on knickknacks and outdoor porch upstairs was in rough shape with dirty shredded curtains.

Great house in a great location. Fully stocked with everything you would need. Even has two beach towels, some boogie boards, and 4 beach chairs! Bring any cooking oils, spices (salt and pepper provided), and any ziplock bags, foil, etc you may need as they are not provided. The house was VERY clean. The neighborhood was safe. The property manager was great and attended to our needs quickly and with kindness. I loved the location and we were able to walk downtown for breakfast and seeing St. George Street! The driveway has room for two cars, we had a Ford Ranger, and a large SUV and both fit great. The beds are SO comfy and they provide ample linens, extra blankets, and bath towels. The shower in the Master was great and the water pressure was wonderful. There is no grill as they have pictured in the listing. We ended up buying a bunch of steaks and burgers for the Grill and when we realized it wasn't there, we went to ACE and bought a mini weber grill. All was well! I would totally recommend this place. The space is great and the location is also great and VERY safe. We enjoyed walking around Lincolnville and met many of the neighbors. St. Augustine is a magical city. If you are considering this place book it. You will save a ton of on expensive downtown parking by walking. Thanks for an awesome stay! Can't wait to be back!

Communication was great. Very clean. Walkable to historic St. Augustine. Backyard on the smaller size for dogs but we made it work and walked them as well.Lovely time in a wonderful city. Fantastic Fourth of July weekend!

Perfect rental for our short visit to St. Augustine

This was one of the best rentals we've had! The house was exactly as described, easy to find and in a very historic neighborhood. I loved walking around Lincolnville and reading the markers. It was an easy 15 minute walk to St. George Street and the fort and in turn, was a nice distance from all the hustle and bustle of downtown. It was also an easy drive to the beaches on Anastasia Island. I would stay here again!

We had a nice visit to the Coral Casa. Everything was clean and ready to go for our stay and the location is convenient to bypass all the driving headaches during the holidays in The historic district. We were able to walk down to the historic district in about 15 minutes. We would visit again and recommend this property if you want your own space with parking and an easy walk to all historic district. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Lovely home with great walkability to everything.

We really enjoyed the home, it was very clean and just the right size for 5 adults. The owner was very responsive with any questions that we had prior to arriving. The only negative to the place was that the couch appears to have some broken springs.

Lincolnville Historic District

We truly enjoyed this place. This home is within walking distance to Flagler College. We could walk the quiet neighborhood and learn a lot about the history in the district. BRs are on the second floor, so its not for people with disabilities. I would rent this place again. The owners always gave prompt replies to questions and we were welcomed with wine and chocolates.
