Welcome to Daydream Believer - Colony Reef unit 2111! This condo is bright and clean with a boho beachy feel - a perfect sanctuary for your beach vacation. We are located on the ground floor with a view of the pool and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

This location is the best of both worlds and makes getting to and from all the fun a breeze! From the moment you arrive - you'll feel yourself getting into beach mode. The kitchen, living room and dining area are all open concept allowing everyone enough space to enjoy themselves but also enjoy time together. The outdoor patio has comfy lounge chairs which are perfect for lounging in while watching the kids play in the grassy grounds, the oceanfront pool or for watching the sunset! If you're in the mood for some al fresco dining - the outdoor table is big enough to fit your whole family.

The primary bedroom and guest bedroom boast plush king beds and allow for plenty of privacy and rest - both are equipped with flat screen TVs. The third bedroom is a built-in bunkbed room and has 4 twin beds - it is the perfect fun space for kids!

St. Augustine Beach and the surrounding area have amazing restaurants and delicious places to eat but if you plan to cook - our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (including a blender for those beachy margaritas and a Keurig coffee pot!)! The pantry has plenty of storage space for all your snacks - and the sand will wash right out of your beach towels in our in-unit washer/dryer!

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
