  • Casa Tranquila is located on a quiet street only a few short blocks away (5 min. walk) from all the action in the heart of the nation's oldest city. Built in 1917 w/ 11 ft. ceilings, it has been renovated & is tastefully decorated & equipped with everything needed to make your stay in Historic St. Augustine a remarkable experience.

    Indoor dining area, updated kitchen with Granite and Stainless Steel Appliances, an outdoor Patio set on the Screened in Porch where guests can enjoy a café and scones in the AM or cocktails & Tapas in the evening. In the garden area we boast a picnic table, Bar-B-Que, and a fire pit/sitting area.
    We have Wifi, Flat screen TV', Board Games,and Jigsaw Puzzles for entertainment.
    One Parking space behind the unit. and free parking on the street as well. St. Augustine is a very walk able area and our distance to the Downtown area is less than a 10 minute walk, Trolley Stop located at the end of our street, 4 blocks North of Ripley's Believe it or Not (Believe it) and the City Gates, A few more blocks and you are at St. George street with many Restaurants and Shops. Castillo de San Marcos equally close proximity as well. Once you park your car you will barely need it, if at all.

The cottage was very cute and quite comfortable, had everything we needed, which was really nice not to have to go and buy soap, garage bags, etc. It was a great location. We could walk to quite a few things.

The cottage was in the perfect location for getting to the trolley. We were able to walk are take the trolley most anywhere we wanted to go. Very cozy and comfortable cottage. We would love to stay there again. Also, Jim the host was really nice and checked in by text to see if we needed anything. Thanks for a lovely stay!!!

Two Night Stay

The yellow cottage was very clean and comfortable. We parked the car upon arrival and didn't use it again until we left. The location is perfect for walking to the historic/shopping/restaurant district. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

This VRBO was excellent for location!!!! Only about 2 blocks from historic St. Augustine- we walked everywhere. It was clean and had all the comforts of home! Jim was very nice and always communicated with me promptly! We really liked eating breakfast on the screened in porch! Highly recommend this VRBO!!!

Quaint Cozy Clean Historic Cottage

We had such a wonderful and peaceful stay in your cozy cottage . Although we only live a few hours away, in Titusville Florida, I felt like I was transported to another world. It is so quiet, charming and peaceful here but we have all the modern amenities – the very best of both worlds. Located on a beautiful quiet street!

Location of property ideal. Unit more of a duplex than a cottage but very quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Though we hit a cold spell, we were nice and cozy inside. Parking in back is a bit tricky. Overall, an excellent stay and would go back again.cozy

Convenient Cozy Cottage

Easy walking distance to St. George Street, and many restaurants. Easy to load and unload car. Screened in porch for al fresco dining. Comfy bed and quiet bedroom. Tight bathroom, in that the toilet seat faces, and is close to, the pocket door.

We had a fabulous stay over Memorial Day weekend. The city and beaches were bustling; and pausing and resting at this comfortable, super-clean, amazingly located cottage was a highlight of our trip. Jim was incredibly accommodating, and he provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommended.

Great property as pictured. Walking distance to historic district. Quiet neighborhood with couple of restaurants within walking distance away from the crowds. Only issue was mix up with code to enterbut host was quick to respond with correct number.
