Great location! Host communication was excellent. Spent Christmas here and enjoyed the house with the decorations. Walked the beach every day. It's a beach rental with the expected wear and tear on the property. Well-equipped home separate 2-bedroom apartment on lower level that does not directly access the rest of the house but was perfect for my son's family with two children. Short drive to downtown and plenty of local food within walking distance as well as a putt-putt course that we walked to on the first day!

Great vacation spot

We spent Thanksgiving this year at the beach. This is a wonderful home with an excellent location. We found it perfect for the mixed ages with adults and kids and enjoy the recreation space above and easy access to the beach.

This was my second stay here. You really can’t beat the location! The house works really well for a group, we had 9 adults and everyone had their own bed plus lots of bathrooms.

I had a fantastic stay at Linda’s beach house! The home was spotless upon arrival and came with great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. Linda was great to work with—very friendly and incredibly responsive to all of my questions. I truly appreciated how easy she made the entire experience. Lots of bedrooms and a separate ground floor apartment with several bedrooms plus the top floor "bunks" (which were great for college kids) made this a great choice for our large group. Tiki bar restaurant is basically next door and had delicious food. Beach was gorgeous.

Family reunion

We couldn’t have picked a better location for our family. The house was spacious for our large group and well equipped with everything we needed.
