My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was so close and convenient. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs and walk them on the beach every day, which was steps away. Definitely recommend

Comfortable and in a great location

High Tide is a lovely, comfortable place, very close to the beach and restaurants, and in easy driving distance to St. Augustine, the Anastasia Island Public Library, and many, many wonderful parks. The property manager, Morgan, is extremely good at his job - friendly and helpful, and he responds quickly to any problems or concerns.

Simply Wonderful

Everything about High Tides is first rate - the property itself, how it is stocked, location, owners and the property manager Morgan. This was our fifth or sixth stay and we have never had a single thing go wrong. This place is what a beach house should be!

We really enjoyed staying in this location. The deck was great, and access to beach chairs and other beach gear as well as the kitchen and grill really made us feel at home. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at High Tide and once again everything was absolutely perfect! It’s steps from the beach, clean and just feels so homey! We will definitely be renting again next year!
