Family Fun

The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family of seven. The upstairs loft was cozy and nice. We enjoyed having breakfast on the outside bar and patio area. We were in walking distance to downtown which was a plus!

Awesome

The place was obviously fully renovated and looked just like the pictures. The upstairs room was like an individual apartment. The only small issue was the key pad didn’t work every time. but Brittany the property caretaker responded by text immediately for any questions I had. It was walking distance to downtown, too. I would stay there again.

Great little spot, close to old town

Everything was as advertise and worked well for us. Great supplied kitchen (need potholders) and awesome backyard setup. Would LOVE to see an overhead heater (first two days were cold out!). We would come back here again!

Green house with red porch rocking chairs

It was hard trying to figure out how to get into the house at our arrival. We received a text with a couple numbers but no explanation. They did not respond to my text asking for assistance to unlock the doors, there were 2 doors we had to unlock. When we finally got into the house I was disappointed at first as it didn't seem as big as the pictures made it appear. But after looking around and getting settled in, we did have plenty of room. The upstairs bedroom is nice for some privacy. The backyard Tiki bar is fun and they have a cornhole game set up too. It's a nice place to just sit back, have a drink and visit. The kitchen is nice and well-stocked. the w/d worked well. They need to put a lock on the bathroom door though. Nice supply of towels. It is next to McDonalds but it wasn't loud or bothersome at all. You can't really see it as the backyard fence covers the McDonald's view and that helped. The neighborhood didn't seem to be as nice as I thought it would be but they are working on remodeling a couple other homes there. Looks like they may be planning to update them as vacation rentals too. And we all felt safe there. That could end up being a really cute little neighborhood area. This house was nice, cozy comfortable, and the cutest on the block. There were 5 in our group and we didn't feel crowded. I would happily stay there again. It's cute and comfortable little place. And close to shopping and easy access around town. I absolutely loved St Augustine!

Girls weekend

The property is in a great location, able to walk to St. George Street. Check in process was very confusion, had to call the property management company to get the door codes. Great outdoor area to sit and relax, very little indoor space to sit and hangout together or even eat indoors. We had a great time, it was about the company that we where with.
