Charming and well located, this is a wonderful stay, provided you can handle some stairs. Perfect for a couple and walking distance to the historic district. Very quiet too.

Great place to enjoy St Augustine

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding and the property was within walking distance of all the major stops in St. Augustine. Check in and check out were a breeze and the property was very clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a weekend in St. Augustine.

Lovely place

What an amazing place and location! The balcony is a wonderful addition for a morning coffee etc. You're on St George in less than 10 minutes and the neighborhood is so peaceful. Host is amazing and friendly and has great tips and recommendations!

Cute little apartment

Cute little apartment perfect for two people! It was easy to walk downtown and explore and walk to local restaurants for dinner. Apartment is clean and well furnished. Listing is accurate regarding stairs and interior. Host is friendly and helpful. I would rent again.

Privacy with treetop balcony

Lizy is an excellent host, with attention to detail & responsive communication. The studio is clean & well organized, and includes excellent local recommendations. It is very enjoyable to walk the surrounding quiet neighborhood streets and up into the nearby historic downtown. We much enjoyed the balcony, for morning breakfasts and especially evening beverages watching lovely sunsets - occasionally joined by a local owl in a nearby tree! I highly recommend visiting St Augustine from this treetop nest.

Amazing and accomidating

I definitely scheduled to leave a day earlier than I had thought! Lizy was extremely understanding and fair for the charge on the extra night considering another couple was canceled due to my mistake. The space was perfect for two people. The patio was excellent for easing into the morning or relaxing in the evening. The whole property is very clean and super charming. I would 100% stay with them again... if they would have me. Lol.

There's a First for Everything

Overall the stay was fine. Pros: location, destination, sundries provided, plenty of towels, paper goods, coffee. Parking space. Use of umbrella, beach chair,easy access to owner. Cons: Deck pic is not accurate. No wicker only plastic. Couch and Seat in L/R area old, ripped and soiled. When I sat I sunk down near floor. I didn't use. There was more Good than Bad here but I was disappointed for the first time with a VRBO property.

I was surprised by the available space the room had and the kitchen area! The room was clean and inviting. Lizy, our host, is always so friendly and quick to respond! This was our second stay in one of her places.

Great Location

We loved almost everything about our stay. The location is great, within a short walk of everything. The description of the property was accurate except for omitting the slanted ceiling on both sides of the third floor Victoria room. I hit my head multiple times a day getting in and out of bed and my husband had to duck to sit at the kitchen table. It was doable, just a bit awkward. We were also disappointed that we hadn't noticed that the refrigerator in the photo is not full size. We brought a gallon of milk with us and had to lay it on it's side. The stairs are not a problem except for when you are bringing in and taking out your belongings (luggage, coolers, etc.) they are quite narrow and steep. Overall we had an enjoyable time spending a week in beautiful St. Augustine, FL.

Quaint Oasis

Our stay was very enjoyable. Easy check-in and out. The upper floor had everything that we needed, including our west facing deck which gave us a spectacular view of the sunset. Easy walking to dining and shopping. Quiet and safe neighborhood and a wonderful and friendly host, Lizy. Thanks again Lizy for your hospitality.

Lovely Home

We stayed for 2 nights and mainly visited the historic district. Home was comfy and cozy and within walking distance of most of the places we explored. Host was great as well!

Convenient location nice and clean

Enjoyed our time at the Victoria apartment. Great location, walking distance to most destinations. Just be sure to be ready for a some tricky stairs to the 3rd floor if you have difficulty climbing stairs.

Quaint weekend getaway

Quaint, clean, comfortable. Very attentive host that responds almost immediately and goes out of her way to be accommodating. Great location! Within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. A 10 minute drive to the amphitheater. We will definitely plan another trip.

Nice stay for two

The house was nice and as advertised. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Shower was really small and hard to move in. We did have some ants come up in bathroom both days. Front balcony was fantastic place to hang out. Owner came by and was very nice.

Great Location!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. You are walking distance to all of the major attractions. We were only there for one night and I wish we could’ve stayed longer- the apartment itself was just lovely, clean and cozy. The check in process was a breeze, our host was helpful and communicative.
