Location was amazing and the house was beautifully decorated and modern. The host was easy to communicate with and provided plenty of information. The cleaning staff had left behind a hanger in the living room prior to our arrival and a few little things were missed however over all cleanliness was solid.

10 adults and 5 kids! There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is so beautiful and the bathrooms are absolutely amazing!!!We will stay here again for sure!

The location is great—about a one-mile, easy walk to downtown St. Augustine. The property matched the photos accurately.Cleanliness was a bit inconsistent: one unit’s floors were not very clean, while the other side was fine, so it may have just been an oversight.For a stay of 5 nights/6 days, the supplies felt limited. There was only about one towel per person, which wasn’t enough, and only two dishwasher pods per side. Garbage bags, paper products, and basic consumables were also sparse. Given the price and that each side sleeps 8–12 people, we expected these items to be better stocked.Additionally, not all showers had bathroom rugs, which would have been helpful.Overall, the location and layout were good, but better attention to cleaning consistency and stocking essentials would significantly improve the experience
