Quiet yet accessible location!

I brought my Daughter in Law and Grandson in from Indiana for a special week of family time before their weather turns for the winter. I live in Florida and love the St. Augustine, Vilano Beach area. This house was spacious, conveniently located to everything I wanted to show them and had great views right on the beach. Staylah made is so easy and very accessible and timely with all communications! We will use them for all future accommodations!

Had a great time dogs loved it. Did use bottom floor but it was very nice. Book another week before we left.

Fantastic get away!!!

The house was in a fantastic location, it was very clean and organized. And plenty of room for five of us. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to rent it again.The host was very responsive with any question we had. One of my new favorite!

Home is fantastic! Beautiful and right on the beach. The home had everything one would need to enjoy a beach vacation. Landlorda were very responsive and friendly. I highly recomment this home and I will rent this again.

Spectacular!!!! Everything advertised and more! Communication with the host A. Cleanliness A. Top of the line from dish detergent, laundry detergent to paper towels and toilet paper! Even tho the weather wasn’t perfect every day, the view made a perfect relaxing reading day. Close to groceries and into Old St Augustine was a breeze. We definitely will be looking to stay again.

The house has a great location, directly on a very uncrowded beach. The views of the ocean from the upper floor were really spectacular. Two of the three bedrooms were on the first floor and therefore did not have beach views. The kitchen was stocked with basics, but could have used more kitchen towels (there was only one). The house could use a little TLC, especially the sliding doors to the beach-side porch area. A nice amount of beach chairs and toys were available. Note that this is not a house for anyone with difficulty on stairs as the only way between the first and second floors was a very tight spiral staircase. The management team was responsive to our questions. Overall, we would stay here again.

Property was as listed, but could use a little TLC. The decking needs replaced ASAP ( it's good at catching toes and feet with screws that aren't set, and boards that are raised). And the hose outside for rinsing feet was rough terrain to get to, then to find it wasn't operable due to a large slice in it. The downstairs shower is differently not made for larger people, and neither of the beds can fit 2 comfortably. And the spiral staircase is dangerous at night with last step lighting. The worst part though, was the driveway access with traffic and trying to back out. Note: always find a way to back in! That being said, we came, we saw, we conquered! The house is beautiful, and clean. We wouldn't stay again, because it didn't quite fit our needs. But don't let our review deter you from renting this beautiful home right on the beach!
