Could have been better

Location of property was great! Beach was very close, communication with property manager was great…however cleanliness of the place was not good.. mold in showers.. and baby high chair had lots of mold in it. Sheets on master bedroom were stained and dirty.. they did tell us that there were more sheets in closet, however if there is a cleaning fee, we do expect it to be clean and not have to do it ourselves.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good. We had a terrific time. Location and views of the ocean from across the street were very good, but the traffic noise from this very busy street is a draw back. The pool is not heated and this should be made very clear to potential renters. The rental company was attentive and provided a broom and a vacuum cleaner upon request. But a new grill should be provided every year as ours was so bad, even after the handy man cleaned it, I refused to use it. I would have much higher marks if the pool was heated and there was an adequate grill.

Beautiful place . The kids really enjoyed the pool My very was the stunning beach view From the kitchen and the master bedroom. Oh the elevator was such a blessing to have Because I have knee problems. Very nice .look forward to another vacation at the same place.

Decent stay

Location is good. Beach is across the street and very quick drive to downtown St. Augustine. Traffic on A1A is loud. House is a bit unique with reverse living style. Outside space, including saltwater pool is covered but shared with another unit so no privacy to sit outside. Views from kitchen and upstairs bathroom of the ocean were amazing. House offers very limited supplies.
