Overall great stay and experience. Paperwork in unit stated importance of parking permit but no permit in room or sent ahead of time to be able to print at home and have when arrived.

Property not as Described

Owner did not tell us the property was getting a new roof all week. So construction noise was constant along with nails on walkways and back deck. Property was not cleaned prior to our arrival along with cut holes in the walls, rusty front to fridge, and counter top laminate coming off. An old carpet left on back deck. Description of property said there was private washer/dryer and there is not. There is a Community washer dryer that you have to pay extra to use We never received a parking pass after asking. Very disappointed in this stay experience.
