Spring Break Trip

Spring Break trip with the kids and grandkids. We had a great time. The place was clean and close to beach. We had a problem with a leak in the kitchen sink and the host had someone come out asap to fix. Would stay here again in future.

Good location

This house is appropriate for a family group, it is in good condition, the neighborhood is quiet, relatively close to the beach and other attractions of St Augustine.The only detail that did not satisfy me is the description of the property, which is described as having four bedrooms and there are only three, the fourth bedroom is actually a bed located in the dining room.

Mold and water leaking throughout the house. 3/4 of our family had serious sinus issues, headaches, coughing, and sore throats and did not before arriving. We had to go purchase medicine to try to alleviate those symptoms. Unbeknownst to us this existed, the problem worsened in areas as the days passed. It prevented us from doing activities planned. I have several photos and videos to prove this was existing. We drove almost 3 hours home and symptoms has subsided in the majority of the family. We would like a full refund in the next few days. I will be happy to submit photos and videos. I contacted the number sent in an email to me and reported the problem. Please respond in a timely manner. Sincerely, Brenda F.
