We absolutely loved this area and this property! The location was great and our place was very clean and had everything we needed. The host checked in with us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I didn’t end up bringing my 2 little dogs and regretted it immediately. I am planning on renting this property again in the near future! We are hoping we will be able to. Thank you and hope to stay again soon!

We had the best experience, first time renting VRBO. Communication was excellent throughout the booking process up to and during our stay. Our accommodation was super cute, clean, spacious and cozy and the location was perfect. The decore was simple and beaches. Having an outdoor space with bbq and beach chairs and cooler was a bonus. We had two parking spots which was awesome. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to be walking distance to St. Augustine beach and local restaurants. Only negative was the wrought iron furniture was tired looking; peeling paint surface. This was not a big deal.

This property is a perfect location. One block from the beach & lots of bars & restaurants. It was very comfortable & well equipped. The only thing i would say that needs help are the bed pillows which were flat. Otherwise it’s great!

Winter getaway/ visit the kids

We joined another couple to visit our kids who currently live in St. Aug. We were superbly located to enjoy the beach, restaurants and downtown attractions. Our children were able to join us for meals without feeling crammed. The street was quiet and very convenient for a fun-filled weekend.
