Stay away from Vacasa! They will fail you and not care.

This was one of the worst and most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with a vacation rental. To make a long story short, we checked in and immediately noticed the glass sliding door was shattered and took pictures and called Vacasa to report it within 4 minutes of checking in. I ended up being accused of breaking the door by the local manager, Lauren, and hung up on when I asked to record since she accused me of breaking a door I never touched. She would not answer again after that, ever. There was a horrible storm with high winds, lightening and heavy rain so it wasn’t safe to stay there and I had to go home and fight with corporate for 2 days to get a refund for a rental I couldn’t stay in. My vacation was ruined and on top of it I had to fight not to be charged for a door I never touched. Horribly unprofessional company and people! Rent elsewhere!!!

Never again

Owner and property manager should be ashamed of taking someone's money primarily because of the unworkable shower control, but windows and sliders can't be opened, unusable TVs, lack of baking sheet, excessive lights in small kitchen (5 when 1 would be sufficient), no accommodation for recycling, king fitted sheet on a queen bed, landline which rang. There were no reviews on what I recall was a recently added property - backed up to busy road.
