Great beach property!

My wife and i stayed at the bungalow for 3 nights and had a great experience. Doesnt get much closer to the beach, very clean and updated. Absolutely nothing that we would complain about. Amazing stay.

Great location, comfortable bed, beautiful views. The inside of the house has a bit of a musty smell. We also wish that there would have been ice available or even simply an ice tray to make ice. Overall a good place to stay and we would probably book again.

Awesome location and all the amenities.

Right on the beach with access directly to the beach. Sunrise and sunsets are amazing. All the amenities you want. Hardwood floors are awesome and the bed was comfy. The dryer has a lot of rust and could use an update but worked fine. Perfect place for our needs right on St. Augustine beach.

Top of the world at the Bailey Bungalow

Cannot say enough about this property!. Perfect location. Clean, open living space, full kitchen and bath. But the most amazing was the view from the balcony. Gorgeous sunrises and perfect ocean views all day long. Being right on the beach access and 2 blocks from multiple restaurants. Don't miss Sunset Grille. Easy trips back and forth to Old Town St. Augustine. Michael the property manager was quick to answer all questions and very responsive. We cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely outstanding for a solo or couple looking to detach and unwind. Literally steps to the sand and private entrance away from the main house. Can hear the waves with open windows or doors. I left feeling more replaxed than I have in years. And never started the truck once I parked it, walked to everything. Could not have been in a better location. Will be staying again no doubt. This is 2nd stay with Island Properties and they are now my go-to for stays in SA.

AWESOME

Even though it rained the whole weekend :-) we made the best of it and the ocean was FEROCIOUS! Was great to sit on the patio and watch the waves and drink coffee. This place is centrally located and within walking distance of food and drinks. The coffee shop was the BEST!! Thank you we truly enjoyed ourselves. Will be back! The only thing we didn't like was the "smell" and "taste" of the well water. Not a fan ;-)
