Absolute Gem!

This condo is so cute, the view is beautiful and the location is amazing. I was so delighted to realize that it is out in the country surrounded by local family farms, cattle, and huge sections of untouched land. There are lots of things to do close by, the host is amazing and if I am ever back in St. Aug I will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

Peaceful quiet retreat on the river

Perfect getaway for my now fiancé for the two of us. Nice quiet place on the river with screened in patio to sit and relax . We went into historic downtown full of people ( which was beautiful with lights for Christmas ) but was nice to retreat to the river. The unit has everything you need to feel at home . We really enjoyed the long weekend here and will come back for future trips to Saint Augustine.

Little gem near the river and St Augustine

Korey's place is a little gem. Perfect for 2 people. Nice, clean, cozy, in a peaceful location near the river. We stayed there at Thanksgiving, so not many units were occupied. Korey was very helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay. He provided us with useful info about the area. The place is about 20-25 min drive from St Augustine. We didn't cook or anything but the kitchen seemed well equipped for that, as well. We very much enjoyed our stay at The Sleepy Manatee. Only suggestion would be to add a bedside table with a lamp for nightly readers. s w with useful info

Convenient for a quick trip

My sister and I were attending a dog show at St. John’s county fairgrounds. This was a short 15-20 minute drive on easy roads. The house was not as clean as I hoped it would be. The listing is accurate it just needs to be cleaned better. It was a very convenient and close drive for a quick overnight trip. The owner/manager was very quick to respond to any questions and the checkin process was very simple.

Quiet, relaxing, beautiful location

The condo was clean and nice. Bed was super comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any needs we had and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The quiet location was perfect for us, yet we were close enough to spend a day in Saint Augustine if we wanted to.

Clean and comfortable!

The condo was super clean and comfortable! Nice mattress for a good night sleep with a nice view of the water. Liked the screened in porch while having coffee as well as it was nice a coffee maker was provided with coffee. Nice and quiet with a country store 5 min away for anything you need and served a grab and go breakfast which was so good too. Its only 20-25 min drive into St. Augustine which was a nice and easy drive. We enjoyed our weekend!
