Great property for a family vacation! We stayed with another family, and there was plenty of space, plenty of hot water, and lots of amenities with kids in mind (high chair, pack-n-play, toys, games, pool, etc.). The host was fantastic and incredibly responsive throughout the entire experience from booking to checkout. Highly recommend this location for your St. Augustine getaway.

The property was as advertised. The host responded promptly. The pool was clean and the cantilever umbrella was an awesome feature used over the pool since the weather so hot. Lots of room for a family get together. Very close to St Augustine, Alligator farm, lighthouse and beach. Our 2 Brittany Spaniels loved the fenced yard. I did bring my own quilts to cover the couch and one bed. All the bedding is very white and didn't want to get any of it dirty with the dogs. Also brought 2 pet towels to wipe there feet every time they came in from running around.
