Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We Love Colony Reef for staying at the beach. All Condos have a Great View. The one problem is the cleaning of the Condos, it looks clean but it's not

Cleanliness really counts

The outdoor deck, pool and beach access made this worth it. More time should be spent making sure things are really clean. One toilet still had waded up paper in it. Bedspread and two blankets and drawers of dressers had unpleasant odors. Kitchen was nice but other aspects could use some cleaning and updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent a week at Colony Reef Club in St. Augustine Beach. The property was extremely clean, and well maintained. All the condos have an ocean view. At. Augustine is a great place to vacation, very peaceful and relaxing and safe. The staff at Colony Reef Club was fantastic and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

Multiple time visitor to Colony Reed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful unit (2209) with a few snags (main bed said it was a queen, but it felt small, disposal barely worked). Staff seem willing to help, but you need to ASK! Again, nothing major, but what time does the indoor pool close, did you know they’ll lend sports equipment? Some of this may have been communicated, but I’m not sure where. Part of the issue may be that we checked in after hours. Also, I learned a staff member had a heart attack, so they were short staffed. Also, our WiFi password info wasn’t posted and it went out mid stay. Not a huge issue, but a hassle to have to call or walk to the office.
