The location on and access to the beach are wonderful. Alex was very responsive - we had a problem with the BBQ and he dealt with the issue immediately. Great times sitting on the deck wat ching the dolpins and just relaxing.

Property very clean and well stocked for a month stay. Gorgeous beach view and perfect beach to stay with dogs. Great location for trips to St Augustine sites and easy grocery shopping. The owner was very kind and responsive when contacted. We were contacted several times before and during our stay to makes sure we were satisfied and wanted to know if there was anything he could do. The outside area overlooking the ocean was fantastic.

Beautiful sunrises are seen from the large ocean front deck. Plenty of seating. Kitchen and baths well stocked! Super short ride to Verano Publix, pier and restaurants. St Augustine is also super close. 10 min drive? Ish? Great communication with manager when needed.

Great location, right on the beach. Not crowded, at all, and near enough to restaurants, grocery and the city to add convenience, but, at home, it seemed we had our own private beach. Just beautiful. The house is very comfortable and offered all the amenities needed. An awesome experience and one we will have again, and again.

Excellent beach house rental. Clean and well-equipped. Good location, less than 1 mile to Publix, and convenient to several restaurants. A few glitches were promptly adressed and corrected by host Alexander. Wonderful vacation stay. This was our second visit, and we would definitely return.

Beautiful home with everything you could want for a perfect beach vacation. Comfortable, cozy sofas for reading or watching the surf. An awesome deck with full view of the beach and plenty of beach 'toys' for those who wanted to dive in. It was simply the best house we've rented in over 25 years of beach vacations - on the Gulf coast as well as the Jacksonville-St. Augustine area.

The is a great place for a vacation on the beach! My 2 complaints, the mattresses in all the bedrooms need to be replaced and there is a little too much street noise in the front bedrooms. That said Alex is VERY responsive and tries to fix any problem you may have.

We've been coming to Florida for over eight years, this is our best stay yet. We could see the beach and ocean from the breakfast table. The place was spotless. The location was perfect; we could walk to two restaurants on the beach, we could see dolphins from our deck, the great restaurants of St. Augustine were only 15 minutes away, we could hear the ocean while in bed. Alex was very attentive and responded immediately to our questions. We highly recommend Villa Rosa
