Great house near the beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Being on the beach side of A1A is really important to us and this place is located in a great spot! We loved the pool and proximity of local restaurants and stores. We had an amazing trip!

Family weekend

Nice place for 8 adults, enjoyed the pool, plenty of parking, very clean , easy walk to beach and drive to restaurants.

Both units were beautiful and very clean! I liked how it was 2 separate areas, it works well if you have older teens/young adults that want to stay up a little later. We had a wonderful stay. Only a 4 minute walk from the front door to the beach! The pool was very refreshing and well kept. There were several pool noodles/floaties, coolers, & beach chairs to use. Beach towels provided as well. We would definitely rent here again!

perfect multi-generational vacation

Three generations of family had a wonderful time here, plenty of room, excellent location, near the beach, restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the pool, kids were in it morning and night! Would definitely rent here again!

The home we stayed in on D street was fantastic. Situated near the beach, it was our home away from home for the week. The house was well equipped and quite nice. The pool and the porches were a great touch Highky recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Very clean. Enjoyed going to the beach and hanging out by the pool. Grilled out, cooked dinner and walked to the Mexican Restaurant across the street one night. Walked to coffee and bagel shop 2 blocks over and Beachcomber on the beach for appetizers and cocktails. Loved the location and enjoyed a fun Mother’s Day weekend with my daughter, grandson, her husband and his family.

Very clean and great location

The home was very clean and the managers responded promptly. Everyone that stayed was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to the beach and to Jack’s BBQ. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Great beach location in a roomy duplex.

Great location and comfortable property. Note that if you are a large group, it is two separate rentals, not one big house. Access to two of the bedrooms is outside and up an open staircase.

Great location!

Seascape is perfectly located less than a block from the beach. It was a perfect size for our family of seven and our two dogs. House was clean and well stocked. Pool is really nice too!

Roomy cottage

The property was very clean and more than enough room for all of us. The management team was easily reachable and took care of any concerns. The location was great, just a short drive to downtown and the beach access was wonderful. If we come back to St. Augustine, we would stay there again.

Seascape Retreat was a true escape

Our party of 11 enjoyed our stay at the Seascape Beach Retreat. The beaches were gorgeous, the pool was perfect for evening or night swimming and the neighborhood was alive with activity, then as soon as we shut the doors, we were in a sweet oasis of relaxation. We would definitely come again.

Perfect Beach Stay

We very much enjoyed our annual St Augustine visit at this property. The proximity to the beach, pool with full sun and ample seating, and walkability to restaurants/shops/bars could not be beat. The property was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with one shower not draining properly, however, there were plenty other showers to use. The kitchens were decently stocked with cookware if one was staying in to dine. The grill worked perfectly! Our one “complaint” was that the mattresses were pretty thin/firm. The ease of booking and host were wonderful. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in St Augustine beach.

Vacation

We had a great time. Location was good. However I had to go buy a big enough pot to cook my seafood in there wasn't one large enough. I think at the beach all units should have large pot for boils. WiFi was in and out but that's not a huge deal except for the kids. lol. Garbage was full when we arrived and my the time they emptied it and we put out trash in it it was full again need more cans or some resolution. Because now it's full again for the next guest and it doesn't run til Thursday. Overall they stay was awesome

Girls Trip

Our annual girls trip was a hit this year despite the intermittent rain. We rented the upstairs and downstairs units. We enjoyed the pool tremendously! The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the house. We used some of the chairs that were provided. We also played golf at a course not too far away. The unit was very clean and provided plenty of towels for our use. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink. The owner promptly contacted someone to repair it and it was fixed within a few hours. My only suggestions would be to provide a few basic cleaning supplies and a few cookie sheets in the kitchen. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend renting this house.

Family Vacation

PROS: +Great location +Nice size rooms +Larger pool +Covered porches +Nice furniture and appliances +well supplied with linings +Pet friendly +Quick response from owners +Very easy check in through text CONS: +No grass in yard for pets.... But close areas to walk dogs to grass +Stairs and longer walk to reach the beach... But for $10/day you can drive on beach instead of carrying toys, umbrellas and chairs for the family. Definitely would recommend!
