“I couldn’t do early check in which I don’t like it says I can’t request early check in until 24 hours before and I couldn’t even request until 12 hours before and I was arriving 4 hours before check in. There was no physical person to speak to on the phone. Otherwise, I loved the rooftop access, I loved the location. if you are okay with the garbage trucks at 8am. The blinds in the living room only go up they don’t go down, so I closed the sliding door the bedroom to make sure the extra light……

“This place was beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! We were right by everything in walking distance and the parking was right next door! The space was comfy and quiet! We parked and walked to all of our destinations! We definitely will come back to this place ”

“Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.”

“The property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again.”
