Microwave didn’t work. Nice area, BUT walls are paper thin. Honking all night long and can hear the neighbors having a full blown conversation along with their suitcases rolling across the room. Sounded like they were in our room.

Centrally located and walking distance to multiple key locations! I felt safe here and the building was clean and quiet. The only reason I couldn’t give full stars is the bedding was not changed from the last guest. The sheets had gross stains.

I couldn’t do early check in which I don’t like it says I can’t request early check in until 24 hours before and I couldn’t even request until 12 hours before and I was arriving 4 hours before check in. There was no physical person to speak to on the phone. Otherwise, I loved the rooftop access, I loved the location. if you are okay with the garbage trucks at 8am. The blinds in the living room only go up they don’t go down, so I closed the sliding door the bedroom to make sure the extra light wouldn’t come in (I also don’t trust the camera thing). I heard cleaning staff, didn’t see them (I didn’t need them) I was there for 3 nights. great location! I walked almost everywhere I wanted to go

This place is a wonderful value. The cost was half of that of the Sheraton where my conference was taking place. It is very spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen.

The apartment was neat, spacious, clean and safe. Big kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Even washer and drier available inside the apartment. The area has close-by transportation and walking distance from the busy French Quarter. Some noise from the street can be heard early in the morning.

Overall decent experience Had a few issues. Reached out to management and they were quick to listen and act to resolve each issue. Is a bit noisy so I recommend some ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Location is great. Close enough. To everything downtown. Few blocks from French quarter. Few blocks to get on the street car and head uptown. Spacious in comparison of places in same price range. Would stay there again

Location was great. Building was ok. Space was good, however, the bed was hard as a rock! We did not sleep well. Also, the ironing board was broken so we couldn't use it. Did I mention the bed was hard as a rock?
