“The property was clean and cozy! It is small but perfect for our needs. We would love to some stay again if time permits this summer. The host supplied all the necessary information, no problems checking in or out. ”

“Michael's cottage is well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. It can sleep four people comfortably, has a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and tile flooring throughout. Michael allows dogs, and the fully fenced backyard is huge! The attached covered patio is great when it's cool out. My partner and I, as well as our two dogs, enjoyed staying here and treated it like our home for a week while waiting to close on our new home. Michael called me the day of check in to ensure I had found everything……

“The house is old, but has been renovated nicely. It was stocked with more than adequate necessities like soap, paper products, coffee and such. Nice coffee maker, new appliances. Cold A/C. There is 2 fenced in areas for the dog(s). Nice shaded area in the backyard with seating. We enjoyed watching the freight and passenger trains roll by. We had a couple of minor issues, but the owner cheerfully and quickly resolved. Would happily stay again!”

“From the moment we walked in, we were in awe. This house is so welcoming and inviting. Beautiful art and aesthetics drew us in while offering such a cozy place to call “home” for the weekend. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood , to Magazine street, and even got a longer walk to Audubon Park. We highly recommend this home! The hosts were wonderful communicators, and I truly felt they wanted me to feel at home. What a wonderful trip and stay; we will be back!”

Great amenities including AC that works well, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, comfy living room full of books and games, and beautiful front porch perfect for sitting. ”

“Went for a wedding in NOLA and had a great time. Everything about our stay in this property was great, from the communication with the owners to the amenities in the unit--e.g., really appreciated plenty of closet space, place for luggage, ironing board and full kitchen (with coffee, tea, several staples & ice in fridge!) though we ate out most meals. Several cute breakfast places within walking distance. Note: occupants of front BR must walk through 2nd BR to access bathroom, but this is……
