“The people in the room next-door we’re doing grown people things which is not a problem that’s their privacy. They can do what they want but when it sounds like the bed is coming through the wall and they’re beating and hollering like they’re beating on each other. That’s when it becomes a problem in the staff did not address the issue after repeated calls to the front desk

“We stayed in the Double Queen Suite for the Krewe of Boo! weekend with my 13 and 9 year old kids, and we enjoyed the stay so, so much. The hotel is in the middle of everything. The parade starts right at the corner! We walked to the French Quarter every day, and every morning we enjoyed the best bakery in town, just two blocks away. The streetcar stop is a block away, so getting to other areas was easy. And the front desk staff here are so great.
If you like quiet or a downtown/office vibe,……

“The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall.……
