Horrible experience. Someone was assigned the same room as mine and opened my door in the middle of the night, which was extremely frightening. When I reported it, the issue was blamed on a “software glitch,” which did not feel reassuring. There were other problems as well. Although I booked and paid for three nights through Expedia, the hotel claimed that only one night had been paid for. I had to contact Expedia to clarify the reservation, and even on my checkout day, the payment issue still had not been fully resolved. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing stay.
