It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation.

Went here for my son's bday party. Was very crowded and overbooked. But the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub..pool is a good size! Breakfast was good. Convient location with G-Allens bar/restaurant and Subway right across the street..walking distance!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The staff here display a mob in a gang mentality, and there is a history of this if you read the lowest star reviews. My girlfriend’s DoorDash order was delivered to the wrong room and when I went to get her money back, I was threatened with violence. I was then chased through the parking lot by one of those men along with the night auditor the night auditor name is Quan He’s at least 6 foot five and the following day because I called the police to get our money back. The entire staff changed their attitude. They were all rude dismissive. They were unhelpful. They did not give us any leeway or provide us with proper pricing on a room to stay out the huge blizzard last weekend. Juan was not there at six in the morning, but somehow was back after breakfast. When he saw me come in the lobby that morning he bolted from the front office and got in my personal space towering over me. A black gentleman housekeeper came on the left side, and I was completely towered over by two giant men. While Quan was screaming, and pointing for me to get out, I was threatened with violence, I feared for my life, and thought they were gonna shove me in one of the open rooms they were cleaning, and I wouldn’t be able to get out. I’ve called police, left message with Wyndham I’ve called organizations they don’t care, and when the manager finally called me, let’s just say she insulted me because I have mental illness Do not take your families there ever!!!!

Checked in late Friday night after a long 3 hour drive. Staff was initially nice, until I returned after a few minutes to say the room we were given smelled like smoke. The door was even opened slightly before we had to shut it using our key card. My daughter said there was a toilet smear which leads me to believe someone used the toilet. So staff said there were full and couldn’t switch rooms. I said you said there were more people waiting to check in ( I could even see behind the desk). She literally just threw the keys cards on the counter upset I was requesting a different room. She said those people picked there room, even though she told me different earlier. She huffed and switching rooms. Then the new room was dirty. At this point I gave up. The hot tub was luke warm, pool area was extremely wet all over floors- appears like a drainage issue, breakfast was practically gone by 7 am and the way the breakfast area is set up is horrible, no room and in everyone’s way. Breakfast staff lady was friendly though. Cereal spinner had only two types of cereal, even though it had spot for 4. Nothing was really restocked except the round eggs and sausage, other items were practically gone and not refilled. Place could use updating and better organized. Fitted bed sheets were put on inside out, which led me to believe they just flip them? Only 3 pillows on each bed. Major issue-no usb plug ins!!! Outlets in room wore out. Would not stay again for the price.

Staff was good, room was clean. Loved the jacuzzi tub, just the right size. Faced the tv so I could watch it while soaking in the tub. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. Much too hard, it’s one of those old spring beds with the hard ribbon band running around the whole lip of the bed.

Breakfast was great, the pool area was wonderful and hot tub was nice and warm. The room was a bit stinky so thank goodness I had spray in my car to help with that. The gal behind the counter was having a bad day and that rubbed off a bit on her customers, but hey we all have bad days at times so that is not a deterrent for a next time stay.
