The property is gorgeous and they thought of everything you could possibly need - from glasses of water to a sound machine and top notch bedding and toiletries! Location is also wonderful and it's easy to walk to so many restaurants and shops! This will be our go-to stop anytime we are in Durango! ”

“Wonderful stay! Rooms were spacious and our puppy had a grassy area right out side our room that was so convenient. We also had a perfect view of the river. Good and service was excellent. Great staff!!!”

“Never personally met anyone who worked there, my key was left in a secure mailbox outside of the lobby with instructions on how to get to my room. As an introvert cannot ask for more. The room itself, was perfect. Spacious great bag great pillows good shower couldn’t ask for more. My only query was the pegboard inside the room not sure what that was for… I’m guessing you can rearrange to store your stuff??? overall great place great bed great atmosphere for a night”

“This is the worst place we've ever stayed. The comments that was left on Expedia giving it a great place, is not true. If I was Expedia I would not recommend it. Dirty, nothing like the picture, no remodel in our room as stated. Kitchenette was a joke. Regular cups and glasses out with no protective covers. Should be using throw away cups. Were did they clean them bathroom. Floor tile was dirty, cracked and loose. Could not get heater to work. I could go on. Just find a better place.”
