「The General Palmer Hotel is a special historic hotel. Beautiful and comfortable in all areas. A few things that would make this hotel excellent would be in-room coffee, complimentary water bottles in room, and more or brighter lighting in the rooms. There was not a smart tv in the room but for us it was a minor issue. Beds were very comfortable and the decor matched the feel of the historic hotel. 」

Exercise room was missing some items for cleaning and didn’t look to be cleaned between days but it was empty both times. Missing some crucial 10 lb weights. Accommodating gracious staff. No soap in showers 1st day.」
