「I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. 「Easy hassle-free access to building in a great area ( just past Cardiff Castle near Sophie Gardens nearby). The 2 bed apartment ( with en-suites) was very clean with good decor. Very comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. We had a very quiet and chilled stay. Kitchen/community room was very well equipped. Would definitely try and book again in the future.」

「We were allocated a room on the third floor facing the road. We asked for a quiet room and were immediately given a room facing the principality stadium. We had a good night sleep. We visit this hotel regularly, our daughter lives nearby. Never had a bad experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. There is a large car park so really convenient for Cardiff city centre. 」
