"Could not get in contact with anyone when we arrived for a while so we couldn’t access the unit. Also when we did access the unit we found the doors were actually unlocked. And I mean all of the doors were locked but not closed. The unit was not cleaned properly the stove was dirty the floor was sticky. There were no trash bags or toiletries provided. "This property was filthy. The home was new but the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. Bugs and webs at the entrance door and in the corners inside of the home. Refrigerator had not been cleaned No towels and the ones she brought had black oil on them. Mold on shower curtain in front bathroom. Bathroom mat were filthy. "The manager was extremely rude when we checked in. After checking in, we told the front desk person that our room smelled like a dead rat. She said she would try to find some air freshener while we went to dinner. When we returned, we were informed that there wasn’t any air freshener. She apologized, said another guest had complained of the same thing and that the hotel was completely booked, so we couldn’t be moved. "

" Beautiful getaway for the weekend. We enjoyed the property tour and ghost tour staff was incredible and knowledgeable. 1796 restaurant was incredible. They really made our anniversary special. We stayed in the Judge Clark Woodruff Suite and definitely experienced several paranormal encounters. Definitely worth a stay if you like ghost stories and paranormal activities. "
