Excellent experience! The property was gorgeous and immaculate. Our room which was supposed to be the most haunted was so clean and beautiful. There was a restaurant and bar on site and it was so cozy and welcoming. The staff were all amazing and friendly. The night tour was so much fun and Great tour guide. Went to LA. For 5 days and this was definitely my favorite part of the vacation.

This place was so relaxing and peaceful. The Myrtles was quite beautiful and we really enjoyed the quiet and atmosphere. The restaurant and coffee shop on the premises was excellent. We did not want to leave, it was wonderful.

The Myrtles Plantation is a historic venue with lots of character, leisure and lore. One can search YouTube and see that all the major ghost hunting groups have “investigated” the property. It’s not a 5 star hotel with all the amenities you’d find in one. That’s not why people visit the property. It’s the experience, history, and folklore that makes the stay well worthwhile. Incredibly comfortable and the staff are tremendous. Highly recommend!

The Myrtles was one of the most charming places we’ve ever stayed. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping back in time. The property is beautiful and photo-worthy everywhere you turn, and the rocking chairs on the front porch make it feel especially inviting. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and truly made us feel at home. You can tell they love what they do, and they were full of great recommendations. The onsite restaurant was both luxurious and delicious. The blackened redfish over crawfish risotto was heavenly and one of the highlights of our stay. There’s also a cozy coffee shop onsite, and the tour of the original historic home is definitely worth doing. The location is perfect because it feels peaceful and secluded, yet you’re only minutes from downtown St. Francisville, where you can explore charming shops, antique stores, restaurants, and so much local history. This was such a romantic getaway for my fiancé and me and truly one of our favorite trips. We absolutely loved our stay and would gladly return.

Wij zaten in een cottage. Fijne bedden en leuke kamer. Cottage heeft een porch met schommelstoelen. Toen wij er waren was het warm en nat dus vol muggen. Helaas dus geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Leuk verblijf voor een dag of 2.

Unique property with beautiful gardens and an interesting tour. Just be aware that the stairs to the room are very steep. Also, we didn't realize the shower and toilet weren't inside the room, and breakfast is not included.

We fell in love with The Myrtle’s. We went specifically for the haunted experience, which we didn’t find, BUT everything was amazing. Ivan the turkey followed us around, there are chickens, goats, ducks and a little kitty that roams. It isn’t a hotel, it’s more of a large, beautiful property with small cabins and room in the main house. Very charming and peaceful. We were sad to leave. The staff was helpful and kind, rooms were very clean, property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff obviously takes pride in where they work.
