“This was DEFINITELY a cabin in the woods! It was so peaceful out there; heard nothing but chirping birds, crickets, and frogs. We even saw 3 deer just outside of the cabin one morning! We had our own "welcoming committee," a solid gray cat we referred to as Dorian. The cabin was clean inside, but could have used a sweep or two out on the back patio, but it's in the middle of the woods, we didn't expect anything to be immaculate out there. The inside was very clean. A bit of advice if you rent……

The host met us at the camp upon arrival/check-in to make sure we knew where everything was and to introduce us to the property. “Our host was quick to respond and very easy to get in touch with. The house had everything that we needed and more, which wasn’t even mentioned. The back porch was amazing as was the 2 story pier. The location was also top notch as the only boat launch, convenient store, and restaurants for miles around was just a minute away. Also, to make things easier on us, we just paid to park our boat trailer at the launch during our stay. Our family can’t wait to go back! ”
