Just short of great

Very nice property. Black out curtains in bedrooms are a must and were great! The only complaint is that the shower heads in both bathrooms were very poor. I will definitely rent this unit again and look forward to better shower heads.

Great amenities but average lodging

Although decor was contemporary and very fun, the place felt very worn down, from the appliances to the bathrooms. It was generally clean but could use a deep cleaning. Communication with management through VRBO was frustrating but eventually connected through text. No pullout couch as listed, just air mattress in closet. No extra bedding. Patio was lovely and has nice view, but cushions were all torn up and carpet on patio pretty dirty. Pool, hot tubs & rec center area was perfect for the teens, but some of the facilities charge, like ninja warrior room. Must be 18 to use the gym. Location was great!

The host had good communication, unfortunately the listing said it was a top unit, and it was a middle unit. I specifically booked this because I thought it was a top unit.The host did bring a new air mattress because the first one had a hole in it. The listing says it sleeps 6, but they count an air mattress as 2 people? Who does that?It could use a deep clean, there was hair in the bathroom and the patio furniture was dirty. We paid almost 400 a night, I expected at least an accurate listing. Overall the accommodations were just ok.
