NEWLY UPGRADED Beautiful One Bedroom, One Bath, Sports Village Condo

This clean and relaxing condo is all you need to enjoy beautiful Southern Utah. This condo is beautifully furnished, sleeps four comfortably, with a washer, and dryer, and is close to a large number of activities.

The clubhouse has plenty of activities for your family. It has a family pool and an adult-only pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, play areas for the kids, and shuffleboard.

The condo is near shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and other activities such as hiking, biking, mountain biking, and running trails.

The condo is a short driving distance to amazing National Parks; Zion and Bryce. Several State Parks, Snow Canyon, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, Gunlock Reservoir, and Beaver Dam. Tuacahn Amphitheatre is within a 15-minute drive of the condo.

The condo is on the 3rd floor. It has one flight of stairs with an inside entrance.

We enjoyed our stay in St. George. The place was everything we expected and more. We unexpectedly got a 24 hour bug and this home proved quite comfy and I felt like I was in my own home.I think the only recommendation I would include in your house manual is to leave the washing machine door open after use. Those front loading machines can accumulate mold and we noticed an odor when we washed the towels.

Condo was great, nice location very safe well lite at night. 10 minutes away from shops restaurants college. Condo was very clean well maintained. Very spacious big rooms enough space for large family. Kitchen had everything needed, nice pans bowls cups plates big refrigerator coffee machines nice stove. Livingroom nice sofabed ,plenty games for kids, big tv's. Restroom and bath area big well stocked, bedroom plenty linens blankets comfy bed. These hosts thought of everything. Everything in house was goof quality. We would defineltystay here again , in summer would be great nice pools, water slides, basketball courts.

The condo was well equipped with towels, utensils, facial tissues, tissue paper, soap, detergent, shampoo - everything we needed. The host responded promptly to questions. There was an issue with the property access code, but the host quickly refunded us for the first night. The smart TV was signed into major streaming services. The condo was clean and comfortable.

The location is pretty perfect, so easy to get in and out of and nothing was more than a few miles away. The property itself was clean, safe, and the lawn crews worked at minimum twice a week. It's an expansive property but it is well kept! Also, it's split level so third floor is more like 2nd since you go down to get to the first floor after you enter the building. The photos were accurate depictions of the apartment and the kitchen was well-stocked with more than I've ever seen in one of my stays. The host was friendly and quick to respond - the one time I had a question. Proximity to Zion made it easy to arrive by sunrise for an early start to the day. I will look for a reason to return to St. George and would easily stay here again no question.

Relaxing Stay

We just stayed two nights there with our mini schnauzer. We were all very comfortable. My husband said he really felt at home there and slept so well.That is not typical for him. The condo was very peaceful and quiet. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed some of the amenities there. Very clean and well kept!

Hiking trip

We had a great stay here. It was perfect for my husband and I. We traveled to Zion, Kanara Falls, Bryce Canyon to take in the views and do some hiking. We also rented an ATV and explored the dessert, a slot canyon and the Dragons belly! We enjoyed being able to come home and head to the pool to cool off. We appreciated the suggestions for places to dine and tried a few of them. If you like ice cream, try Handles…so good and if you don’t feel like going out, they deliver! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

A Nice Place

The pictures are pretty accurate but what you don't see is ALL of the mirrors in the bathroom. The tub surround is mirror. Not a fan of watching myself shower. There's no closet or dresser in the bedroom, just a flimsy hanging rack.

Good stop over in St.George

The location was easy to find and close to the freeway. We didn't use any of the amenities, but they had a key for the pool and pickleball equipment available. There were plenty of nice fluffy towels and toiletries. The condo is fairly dated even though it's listed as newly upgraded, especially in the bedroom/bathroom area. There is no closet or dresser in the bedroom, it looks like they took down the doors to where the closet should be. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.
