This elegant home is expertly designed to make you feel at home in the heart of luxury. Spend your days exploring the local scenery as you hike Zion National Park, splash in the waves at Sand Hollow State Park, or enjoy a night at the theater under the stars at Tuacahn Center for the Arts. As the sun sets, return home to your own desert paradise and cook some delicious food on the provided BBQ grill or in the spacious kitchen. Spend an evening under the stars in your private hot tub or lounging on the patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful desert night. Come inside and cozy up on the couch for a movie on the large TV, or challenge each other to matches on your own private Ping Pong Table. No matter what you enjoy, Whispering Sands at Paseos is sure to have something for you!

This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home can comfortably sleep 10 guests, or with the use of two rollaway beds, fit as many as 12 people for the ultimate desert vacation! The first bedroom features a King Bed with a TV, as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom hosts a King bed and TV, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The bunk room holds 2 triple-tier bunks and a TV, perfect for both kids and adults alike! With countless ways to spend your days, Whispering Sands at Paseos is sure to be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

Great Stay!

Ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren insgesamt für 12 Tag in dem Ferienhaus und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut. Auch der Pool ist fußläufig zu erreichen.Wir waren sehr von der Sauberkeit überrascht. Es war wirklich, was bei einem Ferienhaus leider nicht immer so ist, sehr sauber. Die Schubläden, Schränke, auch der Kühlschrank usw. waren bedenklos zu nutzen. Auch der Ofen und die Mikrowelle sind in einem super und sauberen Zustand. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass man die Garage nicht nutzen kann. Aber ansonsten war unser Aufenhalt perfekt.

This property was ideally located to explore all the great options around southern Utah/Nevada/Arizona. The home is exceptionally well appointed, comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood amenities were fantastic for children and within walking distance. Overall an A+ experience.

Great place for a family

My kids told me it was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed. They loved the hot tub and the ping pong table. I appreciated how well stocked everything was and the little touches of laundry detergent and spices in the kitchen. Check in and check out was seamless. We look forward to staying here again- especially once the pool is completed!

Great home base

We stayed at this wonderful home after our wedding for our honeymoon to Zion National Park. The home was really clean minus the ants which there is a sign to not leave crumbs on the counter. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night under the stars. Other neighbors are also renting and could get a little rowdy but it’s their vacation too. The comfy living room couch and big open space was really nice for us to come back exhausted from hiking and unwind. The hot tub specific towels were nice. We had communication via text with the property managers when we had questions about cable and got responses right away.

We loved this property. My kids loved the bunk bed room. We loved that they had tvs in each room.

We loved going to the Rec center with our kids. We loved spending time in the hot tub which was really clean. The beds were really comfortable which is a big deal bc too many places have horrible beds. Tons of extra blankets and towels. Communication was amazing and very professional. We will definitely be coming back!!
