Las Palmas winter stay

We enjoyed very much our stay at the Las Palmas Resort in January. Less crowded in the winter but still plenty of sun on the very large balcony. The condominium was very specious, very clean with everything we needed. That was our second stay, and we hope to be back soon!

Hiking in Zion

The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and very nicely furnished. Great location. We drove to Zion to hike in the morning and enjoyed the pools and pickleball/basketball in the afternoon. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Great vacation rental

The condo was newly furnished, photos have not been updated. Everything was clean and well kept. We used the pack n play, grill and high chair. They had some toys and games for kids. Nice playground and pool right behind the condo. Quick responses from manager.

Our host was very accommodating. We had no issues for him to correct, but he quickly answered any questions that we had. We were sent welcoming emails with instructions so we knew where everything was and if there were any special things we needed to do.

Perfect condo

We visited Utah to watch our daughter play in the NJCAA National Tournment and booked this condo just days before leaving for Utah. This condo was awesome !!! We had everything we needed. It was just like being at home and was very close to the fields. The beautiful view of mountain from balcony was amazing. We will be back to stay here again !!!! Thanks for making our trip to Utah wonderful with our family.

Nice Condo Poor Pool Upkeep

Condo itself was lovely. Clean and everything you need. I would have a difficult time recommending the resort itself due to lack of grounds/pool maintenance. Unfortunately on our first day another family had a sick child in the pool. Everyone cleared the pool but the pool was never closed down till properly treated. Even after I called and reported it. I wasn’t given any confidence that the resort had protocols in place to immediately respond to hygiene issues with the pools. Was told a call would be made to the HOA but nothing would likely be done till the next day. Meanwhile the pool stayed open. I called the next day to see if the pool had been cleaned. They were going to text the resort mgmt and get an update. Never heard back. We chose to not use that pool the duration of our visit. Unfortunate as it was the one right behind our condo and one of the reasons we chose to book this unit.

Just as advertised, Very smooth

My family stayed here during the Ironman 70.3 worlds and will return. I especially liked that there was tons of available parking as well as a playground right out back. Everything was as depicted, and the host was super easy to reach out to and very helpful.

Loved our stay in St George

We loved our stay in St George. The amenities at Las Palmas are convenient and fun. We enjoyed the the swing on the balcony, swimming in the pools and loved the park right outside our condo. It’s also very convenient to have parking for our off road vehicles trailer close by. We can’t wait to go back!

We will be staying here next time

Our stay was fantastic and the room was very clean. We loved all the pools that we had access to. We went swimming every day and our kids loved it. Any time we go to St. George to stay we will be staying here.

Great family vacation

The condo was great. There is an updated reclining couch in there that was very comfortable. All the beds were cozy and clean. The location was great for access to play grounds and pools. The family pool that it was closest to was beautiful but cold. In terms of location in St George, it was great. World famous mountain biking just a block away, great views, close to other parks and bike paths. Not walking distance to restaurants but many places deliver. We will definitely be back.

Baseball tournament/Halloween weekend

We enjoyed staying here with our family. The cousins loved staying together. We enjoyed making meals at the condo and using the many pools available. It was so nice to spread out and not be stuck in a small hotel room.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved our stay there. Everything was in working order Beautiful town Nice and quiet. The room were well decorated and beds very comfortable. When I go back I will request this room again. Manger was friendly and very helpful when I booked the wrong check in date. The pictures were 100% accurate.
