Modern Family Villa is a 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bathroom positioned at the crossroads of beloved national and state parks such as Zion National and Sand Hollow Reservoir, and just minutes away from all the offerings of St. George. In this property, we have implemented our signature clean.

Modern Family Villa is located in the heart of Southern Utah. With a comfortable, modern feel this home has a large open kitchen and living room filled with light. The fully-stocked kitchen with a large walk-in pantry is equipped with a K-cup coffee machine, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. Upstairs you will find a second living area with plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV capable of logging into your favorite streaming channels. There are five bedrooms, four with closets, and en suite bathrooms. The bunk room features a custom built-in; the twin over full bunk beds with individual nightlights and charging panels as well as plush mattresses are comfortable for kids and adults alike. The bunk room also boasts an additional flat-screen TV with personal log-in capabilities. This home also has three outdoor living areas that include a deluxe BBQ grill, outdoor dining tables, a private hot tub, a fire pit, swinging chairs, and ample seating. A large capacity LG washer and dryer located in the garage will auto-dispense Tide Free & Clear detergent so doing laundry is a breeze. Additional in-home amenities include shampoo & conditioner, body wash and lotion in all full bathrooms, an iron and ironing board, pool towels, pickleball equipment, board games, and a dual-shot basketball arcade game. The Town Center at Coral Canyon has a beautiful pool and spa, Pickleball courts, an open grassy area, a splash pad, plus a designated section of trailer parking for boats and sand crawlers. Just a short walk away you can enjoy the Coral Canyon Golf Course, a neighborhood park, or paved nature trails along Coral Canyon Blvd. A car is recommended to experience all Southern Utah has to offer outside the community. If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
