Moon Rise at East End

Pelican Perch was a large and lovely property. It was well appointed and comfortable. Being right on the beach was the most delightful aspect of a wonderful trip!

Being so close to the state park made this home a great beach visit— close to fishing and uncrowded beachfront were perfect. Nice pool in the complex, lots of porches, beautiful views, plenty of room for our 5 adults.

very comfortable rooms, enough room to walk around, have an amazing view to the ocean, not far from the beach also have a nice friendly community pool. people will greet you for coming into the neighborhood very quiet and peaceful during night time

This totally lived up to if not exceeded our expectations. Spacious, airy, beachy keen, great views, terrific decks, great private location (East End) . . . just as advertised. Have already suggested it to a friend. Will continue to keep this one on our short-list for SGI as long as 5 stars remain.

Location is perfect ! House is too worn/dirty for price

House was not cleaned well, there were unorganized personal items in drawers and pantry. Walls are dirty. Air exchange is dirty, inside refrigerator is dirty, hand prints all over glass sliding doors. There was no comforter for pull out couch, had to go to the local office to get one. Master closet has owners personal items in it. 2 towels per room is not enough for a week again had to go to the local office to get more towels. No shampoo or body wash supplied, just 1 small bar of dial soap per bathroom. Patio furniture was peeling and all over the place. We loved the neighborhood and location, the owner supplies 2 kayaks which is so nice; but I have to say for what they are charging per night this house is not up to par. We would have looked past most of these items if the price was lower; but when your at a premium price point customers expectations are higher. We sent an e-mail to the management upon arrival and did not get a response so we drove to the local office and spoke to the person on staff who said they would follow up; but never did. We are very disappointed with Vacasa.

Good location and well supplied in the kitchen and all areas.

The property is nice, has everything you need. The only thing that could probably improve is the mattress on the pull out couch upstairs. It is not substantial for children or adults. Other than that everything was great!

Great Beach House on St George Island

Great House on the island, perfect for our 9 guests for a long Holiday Weekend. Amazing views from the house of the beach / water and just steps away from the sand. Great house to gather with a large group with all the amenities needed.

Absolutely Fabulous!

This house is the best we have ever rented! Perfect for our three grown children and our grands. Thank you Sean for being so responsive as we worked through Covid and the shut down in Fla.
