It was a lovely week!

The property is located further down the island which is nice and isolated. The view and access to beach is great. The reverse floor plan wasn’t ideal for us but is a good house. We appreciate they hospitality and the stay and love that we had this memory-making opportunity. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Very clean, remodeled, fresh & comfortable beach home

This home has been completely remodeled since Hurricane Michael. Comfortable, clean, well-decorated and charming. The mattresses were firm and seemingly new. The kitchen was generously provisioned. The beach immediately in front of the house is quite nice and uncrowded, which is one benefit to its location away from the front gate and public beaches. I have visited St. George for years and found this to be far nicer than the other properties I have rented in the past. A great beach vacation. Great location and setup- a few tweaks and it would be perfect

We had 3 families - parents + younger kids- staying in this house and it was perfect. The beach was so convenient and the pool was great. Between the upstairs living area / open kitchen and porch overlooking the beach we had plenty of space. The house was very clean upon our arrival and it was easy to get into the house. The kitchen was well-appointed with plenty of dishware, coffee maker, big fridge, plenty of pots and pans. We would definitely rent this house again. There are two outdoor showers- one coming in from the beach to the pool, and an enclosed shower w/ hot water to go inside- was great to wash the kids before going inside. A few items of note for potential renters and feedback to RVP--The beds are very hard- we brought extra pillows which helped, but didn`t love the mattresses vs. other houses we`ve stayed at-Towels provided are pretty thin- more like a motel vs. a nice beach rental home-The `grill` leaves much to be desired- it`s a small metal charcoal grill like something you`d find in a national park campsite and it`s by the driveway so we ended up changing cooking plans because the grill was too small- please add a gas grill and it`d be amazing-The downstairs door to the pool was very tricky to open, which was fine because we had young kids that we didn`t want to be able to access the pool- that said if the door worked as expected it`s VERY easy for a kid to open- suggest adding a sliding deadbolt out of reach of the kids We`ve rented multiple houses in the area and this was probably our favorite given the setup, being on the beach in a more quiet area. The issues were very minor and the quality of house and location made up for the things we didn`t love, which is why I still give this 5 stars. Fits our family

This is our 3rd year to stay at this house. With grandchildren from 2 years old to 17 years old, pool and beach time was greatly enjoyed. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms works well for us. I was happy that it was noticeably cleaner than last year. Our only hiccup this year was internet connectivity. We were there 4 days before it was resolved. The office was not very helpful and sometimes rude over our complaints. I had 3 people trying to work remotely, so wasted precious vacation time dealing with lack of service.
