Beautiful and well maintained.

Loved the house and location. Communication was timely and clear. Only possible issue is there are a lot of stairs to access anything. Could be problematic for someone with mobility issues.

Great location

Beach front, great views allowed for sunrises viewing and watching dolphins play in the gulf. The house is beautifully decorated and mattresses are very comfortable. We rented bikes to travel around the island--several restaurants and bars within walking/biking distance and also a cart to haul our beach gear down to the sand. Good selection of games available for evening or rainy day fun. House is one of a row called "skinny minis" and with four floors there are a lot of stairs to deal with.

Island Blessing

The house is lovely. Nice funrnishings and kitchen equipment is all high quality. Beds were comfortable. Had a few maintenance issues at first but Southern Coast was quick to get back to me. The listing was okay except for the outside lowest level. Not very clean.

Beach Trip

Alot of steps, pedestal sinks in some baths are awkward. No hand towel rack in one bathroom. For the area it was reasonably priced.

Very satisfied with the unit and will definitely book it again. I will recommend it to others also. The day after check-in there was 2 issues we wanted to let the management aware of but all communication was gone. The issues did not hinder or stay at all or make our stay unsatisfactory in any way, The issues were the outside toilet continually ran and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. AGAIN the unit was very nice as well as our stay. 5 STARS!!!!
