It’s a stunning home in a great location! My favorite brand for kitchen appliances is Bosch and they have them there. The kitchen is well-equipped with pans, pots, plates, and silverware. The home is spacious and offered everything we needed. Enjoy parking space for cars and golf cart. Be aware when they say check-in is at 4:00pm, they mean 4:00pm. We arrived a few minutes before 4 and the code didn’t work. I called them and found out that the code was set for 4:00pm and not 3:50pm.

Perfect Getaway!

Above the Tide was the perfect setting for a relaxing, rejuvenating getaway! The home feels brand new—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and tucked into natural landscaping that offers a wonderful sense of privacy. The online photos truly don’t do it justice!We were pleasantly surprised by the many thoughtful touches, including starter toiletries, essential household items, a fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware and serving dishes, and even a credit toward beach gear rentals. The screened-in porch with its expansive sliding doors quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee, quiet reading, and catching up with friends on the phone.The private pool was a standout feature—spacious, sparkling clean, and surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating and sunbathing areas. The outdoor shower was a convenient bonus after beach time.Check-in was seamless, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a quick question during our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Above the Tide to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed coastal escape!
