We shared this beach house with another family of 5. The house was clean, updated, and had plenty of space for us to all spread out and have some privacy when we needed it. This home is in a great location on the island- literally next door to the state park. We rented a kayak and took it out for some exploring. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from your balcony, and the boardwalk across the road is fantastic beach access. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer, and the garage space under the home is so spacious. So, being a “back row” home renter made it difficult to find beach space to set up and play for the day. This is in NO way a problem with the beach company we rented from, but rather an issue with whoever is managing the beachfront homes in that neighborhood. They are not monitoring occupancy levels nor informing their renters that the bea
