「Cathy and Don were great hosts! The rooms were clean and Cathy even cooked dinner for the 7 of us after we arrived at 5:30 pm. There are restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk, but it was nice to sit down for a while after enjoying a type “A” vacation for the past 8 days! Pool, air conditioning, hot water and a delicious meal!

「The beaches all over Belize are covered in red stinky algae, seaweed which they said was toxic. So other than the beach, the hotel was excellent and they have 2 beautiful pools one won was geared to children with a fun slide.
The staff was so friendly and educated us on great tour’s etc
We had a lot of fun 」

「Our room overlooked the ocean, the room was clean and spacious, and it had a fridge, some plates, and flatware and all the towels you needed. Also the safe came in handy to stash things we didn't want to carry around, although the Island is super safe. Staff was amazing and we had overall the best time. If I have to say one thing, the fridge was on the older side and was making a lot of noise...Perhaps it is time to upgrade....
Overall Island Magic Beach Resort was an amazing place to stay! 」
