Our room overlooked the beautiful garden at the back of the property, adjacent to private car parking, and a gentle stroll down to the town. We plan to stay again, truly a delightful experience.”

“Hotel was very clean and quiet. This was fantastic as it was next to a busy road but it was almost silent! The air conditioning worked really well on a very hot day and the staff were really nice. Bed was comfortable room a good size. Had a bit of trouble getting served at the bar and we were ignored for a while being at the side but they were apologetic for this. Breakfast was typical for a buffet but the coffee wasn't great. Parking was a bit tricky to find (could do with a sign on the main……

“It is listed as: Entire apartment, Sleeps 2, Popular amenities, Self-parking included, Garden, Free Wi-Fi. The term Entire apartment is missleading. The fact is it is a room in a house. It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed. There is single parking lot infront of the house, but there are other parking lots walking distance from the house, for free. There is……

“First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”

“Terrible communication and not clean at all ”

“The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but……

“Not so clean. Staff ok but one over charged me 3 quids for food, drinks, no reason given. Very noisy housekeeping, they bang doors, chat and play loud music outside your rooms. ”
