This charming residence includes three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms feature two XL queen-sized beds and one XL king-sized bed, with a third shared bathroom. The luxurious bathrooms showcase floor-to-ceiling marble-patterned tiles, modern sinks, and sleek fixtures, enhancing the home’s elegant aesthetic.
Visitors can delight in kayaking, fishing, and sailing in the Bay's calm waters, which teem with marine life, including dolphins and seasonal whales. Load shedding won't be an issue, as the house is fully equipped with renewable energy to run completely off-grid.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 108 5th Avenue Shelley Point Estate St Helena Bay 7282. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
