This was a clean and safe motel for our stay and vacation to Mackinac Island. It’s very close to the ferry docks & a shuttle was even available to take us to the ferry. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room was perfect beds were comfortable and cozy. They had my favorite movie channel TCM. We parked right in front of our room always a plus. I loved the Keurig in the room for coffee 😁. Close enough to the downtown area. There a nice little walk around the block with a park along the way. Enjoyed my stay excellent customer service

As far as a motor inn or motel goes, this place is your place to stay safely in a clean room with the basics. The only tip I might offer is don't take off your socks on the carpet. It still feels gritty. Yet for the price difference between this and everything else close to the ferry for Mackinac island, I'd stay here everytime. The property is well maintained. The location is convenient and quiet with no rift raft hanging around. The room is basic with a television, refrigerator, and microwave. There's a table to sit at inside, and lawn chairs with an ashtray outside every room. Make no mistakes, you get what you pay for. This is a basic motel without any fancy upgrades, but with a safe hotel feel. Apart from the gritty greasy feeling carpet in the room, everything appears very clean and well maintained. I saw no sign of any pesky pests or ratty rodents anywhere in the room or on the property with the exception of some flying bugs outside the room that were likely attracted to the light on the well lit property.
