  • Tregarthen is perfectly situated on Barnoon Hill meaning the hustle and bustle of St Ives town centre and Fore Street shops and restaurants are only a stones throw away and yet offers peaceful seclusion with its own walled garden and established sub tropical plants. Also benefiting from private garage parking, Tregarthen is a light and spacious property, beautifully appointed and commands stunning views across the whole of St Ives bay to Godrevy lighthouse. It is Perfect for families or couples and ideally situated for all beaches and a short walk from the Tate Gallery.


    From the gate off Barnoon Hill you follow a path round to the 8 steps leading up to the front door. Off the hallway is the well fitted kitchen with Gas hob, tall slim fridge freezer, double electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Large patio doors lead out onto a balcony with far reaching views. The lounge has double aspect views and access to the balcony, there is a TV and DVD player. Also on this floor is a cloakroom with wash basin and WC. Downstairs are two double en-suite bedrooms both with 2 x 3ft zip and link beds, TVs (1 smart TV), baths with showers over, wash basins and WC. The twin room has 2 x 3ft beds. Shower room with large cubicle, wash basin and WC. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Hot and cold running shower is available outside.


    Heating: Gas Central heating.

    Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

    Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided, please bring your own cot linen.

    Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.


    NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. 8 Steps to the front door with handrails. Garage parking for 1 car located just outside the property grounds at the top of Barnoon Hill (7ft 6in by 16ft and 6ft high). The fireplace in the Living Area is for decoration purposes only.
