This stylish two bedroom escape is situated a few minutes’ walk away from the gorgeous Porthminster Beach and close to St Ives town Centre. This apartment is perfect for families with an ideal location and plenty of space to relax.

St Ives offers a variety of fun family activities and beautiful food and drink options suitable for all. St Ives is the perfect place to escape with its famous art galleries and independent shops, and Ivar’s Place makes the perfect base.

No Dogs
The Parking space dimensions are 1.9m wide and 4.7m long
Access Statement – Ivar’s Place is an apartment located within a Victorian Townhouse. The apartment is no. 7 within the townhouse and be accessed via the front door, through the entrance hall and is the first apartment as you look up the stairs.

Family trip to St Ives

Great stay, the apartment is clean and well equipped and is central to the town and beaches. The availability of parking is a great addition, especially for the beach.

There was limited availability at the time of booking, but found this apartment which suited our needs. Good location only 10 minutes walk into town. There was a steep dissent to the walkway into town. Wouldn’t it suit people with walking disabilities?
