"What a wonderful gem! The accommodation is as lovely as the pictures show. Very clean and spacious and has everything you need including some outdoor space. We were pleasantly surprised by this place and it’s one of our favourite properties to date. The location is absolutely superb. Lovely trail walk to the coastal trail but secluded enough that it’s quiet and private. There’s a trail across the fields to get to a great little pub with excellent food. "The hotel is top quality, and deserves the highest praise. The hotel owners are helpful and made our stay easy and relaxing. The breakfast was superb with top notch ingredients and was beautifully presented. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. We would certainly recommend you stay there, and we would definitely return."

"If I could give more stars for the location I would have, this place is stunning! Waking up in the morning and have breakfast by the sea is priceless. The hotel looks newly refurbished and it is at 3 minutes walk from the train station, very convenient location. The staff was also great, especially at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, I have got some food allergies and they took extra care which I really appreciated. However, despite doing their very best, they were short staffed and we could tell that they were quite stressed. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back and recommend to friends!"

The cottage is minutes walk to 5 beaches and the harbour

"My friend Marilyn & I had a great time staying in the cottage. It was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and cosy.We particularly enjoyed sitting in the little garden to have our breakfast. It provided a good base from which we could walk into town & to the beaches."

"We were in room for absolutely amazing view. The staff were second and none so attentive and nothing was too much trouble even getting a slice of cake in your room. Each day was a lovely touch. They also recommended places to visit. Which was very helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious all fresh produce cooked to perfection parking was Perfect right outside the property. It was just a Short driving to Saint Ives could not fault this guesthouse at all will def be coming again"

"Very nice and comfortable,. We arrived very late after travelling for 6 and half hours but we were welcomed as though it was mid afternoon. The room was very nice and clean with an excellent smart bathroom. We will definitely recommend to friends who hopefully will come to visit us in our new home in Carbis bay."
