Paradise

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable and had a phenomenal view. We enjoyed afternoons in the pool and all the beach amenities available to use. George the property manager was a great communicator and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed at this property for 25 days Nov/Dec. excellent views from the covered deck area which has ample shade in the mornings. Nice pool area adjoins deck area.

Lovely sunset villa

Villa was just as listed, very clean and airy. A/C was good. Pool was amazing for afternoons under an umbrella. George gave us info about the house, food shopping and restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing.Beach chairs, towels, and coolers for daily beach excursions.

A touch of Heaven

We fell right in love with the location, the sunsets, the friendly atmosphere and every beach and restaurant we went too!!! Double rainbow our first day and full and half rainbows every day after that!!! We will be back!!!

Exceptional Panoramic Views

We stayed at the house during Christmas week. Great location, view and set up for our family (two adult couples). The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The views are spectacular. The hills and driveway (getting out) are challenging.Would highly recommend.

Amazing Views

This house offers great privacy and has an amazing views looking towards St. Thomas. The close proximity to the grocery store and Cruz Bay makes it a superb location. The house is clean and had everything that we needed. The property manager, George, could not have been more accommodating and was extremely efficient in responding whenever we reached out to him. We look forward to visiting again.

Awesome St John Vacation

Two couples stayed 5 nights in February. Everything was excellent. The property manager George met us at the ferry and escorted us to the villa. Explained everything we needed to know and gave great recommendations for dining and beaches. The view from the villa is breathtaking. Glorious sunsets and relaxing mornings looking out over the water. A/C made the villa very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and well working grill. Also great to have a washer and dryer. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing views -- impeccable property

I can't say enough about the views!!! This is, by far, the best property in terms of sunset views and views in general. Additionally, the home is clean and George is TOP NOTCH when it comes to property managers! Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!!

Amazing View

Good location, close to Cruz Bay. Amazing 180 degree view facing St. Thomas. New appliances and updated baths. Everything you need to go out to the beaches. We had a wonderful time. Did I mention that it is super private?

Amazing St. John’s Trip!

What a wonderful place on an amazing island! This was our first time here and the home was just perfect with the most incredible views. George, the property manager, was a very kind and helpful man. We had no major issues and we knew we could reach him on a dime. We’ll be back!

Best stay in St. John

Everything from the time I booked till the time I checked out was great. Our family was THoROUGhLY impressed. Only 4 of us were planning on coming and then my son was able to come last minute. I asked the host if We could axcomodate him and he was like totally!!! We have a bed we can being up for him too!! Then about a week before they called to see if we had any questions about our stay George met us at the car rental and we followed him to the place. I was so imprsssed by his welcoming demeanor The place was exactly as we had seen in pics. If we go back we will for sure stay here. Thank you George

Amazing View!

This is our second time staying at this villa, and again exceeded expectations! The views off the back deck are spectacular. The beach chairs and coolers are perfect for a great day at the many beautiful beaches. The house is very clean and well equipped. And George, the property manager, was very welcoming and helpful. The rolling power outages affecting St John Island, did result in occasional 2 hour power/water outages. All in all, another great week at the Sea Cruz Villa, filled with amazing sunsets, great beach days, and awesome snorkeling! We will definitely stay here again.

A week in paradise!

Just finished off our family vacation in St John and this villa was just perfect for us. Excellent location, updated and modern kitchen and baths, breath taking views. George, the house manager met us at the ferry and lead us to the Villa which was super helpful. Yes, the driveway is narrow but you'll get used to it. The pool was perfect for late afternoon dips after the beach. Location can't be beat especially if you're staying with kids. 5 min drive to the Westin where we chartered boats out of (highly recommend doing a boat day to BVI's with Cruz Bay water sports and ask for Captain Craig) and also 5 min from Cruz Bay and Mongoose Junction. Rent a jeep and beach hop - favorites were Maho, Francis and Cinnamon. House comes with 4 beach chairs, adult snorkel gear (we purchased kids gear and left it for the next guests!) and cooler. Plentiful towels and toiletries. Only thing that could use improvement are the pillows in the master bedroom, other than that I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home - we will be back!

Amazing spot

The Sea Cruz Villa was a wonderful place for our vacation with 2 couples for a week on St. John. The location was quiet but close (5 minutes by car) to the town center, and the view was nothing short of spectacular. We enjoyed the layout of the villa, each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom, with the common kitchen/dining and veranda. We enjoyed the sunsets from the veranda, watching the boats and weather come and go. We cooked a number of meals in the kitchen, which is fairly well equipped with pots and pans, knives and silverware. No oils/spices are provided, but we were able to find what we needed at local grocery stores. The grill was great - complete with a stunning view for the grill master. The 4/5 stars for location were due to it being difficult to do any walking from the villa - only down (and then back up) the very steep, switchback private drive. This was great for interval training, but less great for folks with limited endurance or mobility concerns. We had a situation w/ the water which was promptly addressed by George, the property manager, who is fantastic, and made our time at the Villa, and on St. John smooth and relaxed. The owners were responsive to questions/concerns regarding our stay. We enjoyed exploring various parts of the island and all agreed Trunk Bay was our favorite, followed closely by the Reef Bay Hike. We hope to return someday to this amazing spot! thank you, Sea Cruz Villa.

Our stay was great! The property was as described and the views are amazing. The host and property managers were so kind and made every effort to make sure our stay was wonderful. Convenient location to town and the grocery store and the drive time to the beaches was reasonable! I highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay at Sea Cruz

Loved our stay at the Sea Cruz, spectacular views off the balcony, amazing sunsets! This house was very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, close to town and all the great beaches. George was very helpful, meeting us as we arrived and welcoming us to the Sea Cruz property.
